The process of working together:

  • Assessment - first we assess athlete’s strengths and weaknesses with the help of sport tests. It establishes a baseline and helps to determine what inhibits athlete’s performance. Following the evaluation, an athlete profile with results is provided for further monitoring and analysis
  • Strategy - After athlete profile is analysed we develop a training strategy and create a training plan to improve athletic performance
  • Training process - Once a training plan is created we train together step by step to improve athletic performance to the maximum limits of your capability.
